API-only WhatsApp Cloud API integration (no Facebook Login)

Built and operated by Majestic Establishment for Information Technology (Kuwait). This is an API-driven service using Meta’s WhatsApp Business Cloud API and webhooks. There is no consumer-facing web UI or Facebook Login.

What it does

Restaurant-focused automations: order/status notifications, support replies/menus, and operational analytics via WhatsApp Cloud API.

How we operate

We currently use our own WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and number for testing and operations. We do not use Embedded Signup at this time.

How to Access & Test

  1. Start a chat with our business number +965 559 42547: wa.me/96555942547?text=hi
  2. Send hi to receive the welcome and main menu.
  3. Try menu for options, book for a booking demo, or help to see available keywords.
  4. If a keyword isn’t recognized, you’ll get a fallback message with suggestions.

No payment, signup, or geo-restriction is required for review. If you face any network restrictions, please let us know and we’ll promptly assist.

Meta APIs in Use

WhatsApp Business Messaging

  • POST /{phone-number-id}/messages (send templates/messages)
  • GET /{media-id} (retrieve inbound media when provided)

We do not use Facebook Login or any Graph user profile endpoints (no public_profile, email, user_friends, etc.).

Data Use & Compliance

Data We Process

  • WhatsApp sender phone number, message content, timestamps, message IDs
  • Delivery / read statuses; media metadata when users send media
  • Operational logs for reliability and abuse prevention

Purpose: reply automation, diagnostics, and service quality. We don’t sell data to third parties.
